The standby rate is $5.00 per minute for any onsite delay exceeding 5 minutes while at delivery location. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide access to the delivery location. Customer agrees to accept and pay charges for all costs incurred by Contractor due to unsuitable delivery conditions. (these include, stuck delivery truck, subgrade damages, damage to delivery trucks, additional worker and equipment hours, lack of leeway, inadequate/excessively steep road conditions.) FOB will be at the point of purchase and upon loading of the delivery truck. All Invoicing is due upon receipt.
